Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She’s amazing and so personable

Reviewed November 2022

Virginia is a wonderful therapist, I have worked with her for a short time while my previous therapist was on maternity leave - but she is always working to help me on my personal path and encouraging me to be open with things I am struggling with. She feels like a friend that assists with things in a more neutral and rational way.

Reviewed August 2022

Virginia is the first therapist I have worked with. I was nervous and didn't know what to expect from the sessions but she put me at ease. She's wonderful. I feel heard and validated. She helps me with tools to use in daily life and gives wonderful suggestions. 11/10.

I felt very comfortable with her

Reviewed May 2022

Virginia is the first therapist I’ve seen where I actually feel better after my sessions. I’m happy we were connected.

Reviewed May 2022

I haven't actually had a session yet but even though I haven't she has still checked in on me. I wasn't expecting to hear anything until my appointment but the fact that I have tells me she actually cares about her patients.
