I was nervous and extremely hesitant to start therapy as I felt like the person that I spoke to would dismiss my concerns and needs. Liz is like that supportive friend that listens, remembers, asks and suggests more than one way of tackling a situation. In addition, Liz shares stories in her life that parallel mine so that I may understand that she knows how I feel and brings us closer together. She has wisdom and knowledge, caring and compassion. When I start getting into my old patterns, I truly can remember the conversation that Liz and I had about what to do if …situation came up and I can change my course of action and make a wiser and healthier choice for me. She is a blessing in my life.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

My therapist understands everything I'm going through and gives me good advice
Liz is wonderful. She’s very personable, she meets you where you are, and creates an open , nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being and expressing yourself. Liz is present, fun, and obviously cares very much.
I like how Liz gives you her full attention and listen to your concerns. She provides her expertise advise as well as her emotional support. I don’t feel judged for my actions. She allows me to open up and be vulnerable. Liz makes me feel respected and cared for.
I’ve been working with Liz for a few months now and she’s amazing. I’ve done therapy previously and never continued after a few sessions because I felt like I could never find a therapist I connected with. Liz truly makes me feel heard and understood. It’s really nice to have someone who listens and validates my feelings. I look forward to our sessions every week!
Liz has been very responsive and helpful in helping me get to the root of my anxiety.
Liz is a fantastic provider. She listens, shows empathy, and offers tangible advice to work through my issues and challenges.
Liz is a great therapist for me! She's kind, thoughtful, experienced, and is a great listener. She repeats things and details I said two weeks beforehand, which reinforces the feeling that someone really cares. She's helping me with a breakup and restoring my self-esteem and body image after a health crisis. She even comes up with ideas how to help and reaches out to other mental health professionals for ideas when needed. I am glad BetterHelp connected me with Liz.
Liz is a wonderful fit for me. She is so kind, great listener, and is really untuned with her spirituality that is perfect for me. I’ve tried a few therapists, and so far, Liz just gives me this presence that feels like peace and I know I will be guided to heal and brought in the right direction. She asks the best questions and challenges me. I recommend her to anyone!
Liz is tremendous. She listens. She validates my feelings and offers tangible advice.
Liz has helped me with more than I can list. She is very gentle and kind in approaching issues that are very hard to bring up and work through. She always makes me feel heard and offers solutions for dealing and coping with these issues. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needs to heal.
So far feel comfortable after one session and came up with some things to try which is great.
