I’ve had 2 sessions with Erica and so far I’ve found therapy to be relieving and helpful. Erica is easy to talk to she listens and help break down your thoughts and goals!
I’ve only had one session so far but it was really lovely and so nice to talk with someone that was supportive and kind. I didn’t feel judged at all and she was so welcoming and friendly in general! I really look forward to our next sessions!
