Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Enjoyed every session with Deborah she has really helped me out alot
So far after 2 weeks I already feel better because I know that Deborah is here to listen to me and help! She makes sure to include me in the treatment plan and that we are on the same page working towards my better mental health. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs someone who cares and wants to help you get better!
Deborah has been extremely helpful to me, to help me return to my core beliefs. My advice to a new "applicant" is to take time, much time, thinking about who you are and what you are looking for in a therapist. Once you nail that down (and it's not always as it may seem, or as you appear to others) then appropriate matching with the right therapist can proceed. Also, be sure to double check their credentials, to see if you can claim through insurance. I am Canadian and cannot claim through insurance. That said, the therapy has been worth every dollar spent. I do have on criticism of Better Help itself, however, and that is that I am unable to print my forms from my desktop. I am able to open to make the window wider and type to my heart's content, however I am not able to print unless I save as a photo or snipped item and place that on my Word document. Much thanks and God bless you Deborah!
Fantastic work
