I have been working with Margaret for only 3wks now having only 3 sessions and find her insight and wisdom to be helpful. She has a great way of listening to what you say and then hitting the nail on the head and putting into words of how you really feel within your struggles. Even if you don’t have the proper words or ways to explain it, she seems to have it for you and reword it in a way you can understand with an Ah-hah moment. The tips she offers to have you work on each week are little but helpful in a way that it is not so overwhelming in a time where you may already feel overwhelmed.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Margaret is the Therapist I always wanted! I appreciate her very much!
Margaret has been great at helping me to see things I’ve never thought of before, even after being in therapy for many years.
Margaret was very responsive to my current situation and helped me navigate through a very difficult time. She gave me communication advice and helped me understand how to allow myself to grieve, grow and respect myself.
I really enjoy working with Margaret. She is very reliable and accommodating. She has a great sense of humor and keeps great track of timelines and personal details and helps you draw connections to previous sessions and areas of growth. She brings a strong sense of leadership and compassion to difficulties in life and helps to cultivate a hopeful attitude towards the future.
I really enjoyed my first session with Margaret. She allowed me to vocalize issues that I feel are causing me my greatest concern but also interjected when appropriate. She has given me a greater understanding of my issues and how they are valid. I definitely look forward to another session with her soon.
Very kind and patient. Helped me in the little bit of time we had together!
Margaret Moore was my first therapist. She helped me through some of the hardest days of my life. Her experience as a therapist is obvious and she walked me through my emotions and feelings every step of the way with great advise and life examples. I highly recommend talking with Margaret and hope that I can myself connect with her again in the future. Thank you Margaret.
I was really blown away with how much I got from even my very first session with Margaret! She has a keen ability to guide and navigate the conversation with an beautiful balance of listening, getting to the guts of what's going on , offering useful insights and actionable steps to take to facilitate growth. I felt so safe and comfortable sharing candidly and openly with her and was amazed how secure I felt in her approach and that fact that she says what really needs to be said , but with such respect, care and attention. Seriously, I feel like I have a true gem! With Margaret, I'm certain we will maximize the time we spend a s I will get the most out of these sessions. I'm truly blown away and really grateful to have been matched with her, because the issues I e been struggling with for years are varied and have always felt to "complicated" messy or "difficult". But Margaret gets the thread that connects them all, and clearly sees the things I can not. If you're matched with Margaret, you can be assured your in good hands!
Margaret is a great listener and you can really tell how much she cares. Highly recommend!
Just started better help and she made me feel comfortable and calm. Understands my anxiety going into therapy and made me feel heard.
Margaret is easy to talk to. She asks the right questions to keep one's thoughts focused on a topic or on one we discussed in earlier meetings.
