Jayne Foster is a great therapist. She listens and she’s very knowledgeable. She’s also friendly and doesn’t come off as judgemental even slightly. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with stress, depression or anxiety.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jayne Foster is a great therapist. She listens and she’s very knowledgeable. She’s also friendly and doesn’t come off as judgemental even slightly. I would highly recommend her to anyone dealing with stress, depression or anxiety.
She is very supportive of me and gives amazing feedback on certain topics that I'm conflicted about and gives me suggestions on how to go on about it differently
I have only had one session so far, but this has by far been my best experience with therapy yet. Jayne listened without judgement and offered real time feedback and suggestions on how to improve and grow. Highly recommend Jayne!
Even though we only talk through messaging, she responds in a timely matter and do I. She also is respectful for what I have to say and talk about and gives me good advice and ways to help process and vent on my own when I am messaging her, like a gratitude journal. She is amazing and I would recommend her to anyone trying to get help!
Jayne is fantastic. She helped me through a very difficult time... Helped me identify problems I needed to improve on myself... Gave me the tools and resources needed to achieve my goals... And was ALWAYS respectful, honest, professional, and caring.
Jane is fantastic at helping me talk through situations to discover why I’m responding in certain ways. She is kind and experienced.
My first session went great. I have some work to do and I am confident that Jayne will help me and lead the way to a better life and better mental health.
She knows what to say when I message her about a bad day I've had and asks what I've done to get through it. She likes to hear what I do outside of work and supports me with whatever I do with destressing options for work and if I make a decision about my love life, etc. She is truly an amazing therapist to work with!
She is very helpful and helps me see things clearly.
I’ve been through a lot throughout my life, and I was having trouble learning to cope with my issues. After reaching out and finding Jayne, she’s helped me out more than anyone else I’ve met. I’m super glad I took the time to get help and I’m super thankful she was the one that is helping me through everything. 10/10 best therapist :)
I’ve only had 2 sessions with Jayne and they have been very wonderful. She’s super sweet and understanding of my needs and listens as well. She’s also patient with me to really dig into some things we want to dig into to help fix even. She also helps gives me tips along with my bf and our relationship. Jayne has been great already and even sent me documents and videos already to help and responds within an hour during the day if I have any questions or concerns. And also helps reschedule a meeting if I had anything happen last minute earlier that day. Jayne has been what type of therapist I’ve been looking for for over a year
I've only started a few weeks ago with Jayne and she has already given me so much information and tools to use to help me with my stress! I work a very stressful job and when I tell her about some of my days, she really listens and has shown so much support even just through messaging. I have been able to use these tools she's given me a lot throughout my shifts and they have helped quite a bit. I think we are starting to really get at what has been causing my stress through work and even in my day to day life outside of work. She is an amazing therapist!
