Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Great person
Bonnie is a very good listener. She is great at extracting the important information from what you are telling her in order to understand how you are feeling and how to understand the situation. She gives great advice and is very kind. She is very welcoming and makes it easy to talk about tough topics. She is very supportive!
I’ve only had two sessions with Bonnie but right off the bat we connected. Her smile is very warming and she is such a comforting and understanding person. She has a great way of helping you see things differently and working with you. I would suggest her to any and everyone
Bonnie is truly the best therapist I have ever had. She has truly changed my life.
Bonnie has been very helpful these last 3 weeks. She is a great listener but also responds with understanding and questions and suggestions and great resources that are helping me get to the root of several issues. I highly recommend her!
Bonnie is a life changer. She “gets” me and suggests things that I can actually do. I am so grateful for her
Bonnie has been great! She listens, gives helpful worksheets and is very calming. I would highly recommend.
I feel that Bonnie is very caring and understands me. She is being very helpful.
Bonnie always seems to have a tool, thinking strategy, etc for just what I need. She helped me challenge some of my anxious thinking patterns and I started finding ways to apply them shortly after speaking with her. I appreciate her guidance!
As a former nurse and mental health nurse I can say Bonnie is one of the most kind and capable therapists I have ever had the pleasure of talking to. She is able to listen and really address the root problems you are struggling with and provide empathetic but realistic advice. I think Bonnie is an amazing therapist and I would absolutely recommend giving her a try!
Listens and helps me understand, providing content for me to consider.
Bonnie always gives a great OBJECTIVE view to your situation. She also always asks for what you need, and then gives honest feedback and tools on how to move forward. She has been great at helping me come to terms with some situations, and learning how to accept myself for me and how to move forward.
Bonnie is great! In just a couple of weeks, she has given me many tools/feedback to help me with my boundaries and emotions. Can’t thank her enough.

Bonnie has helped me in so many ways to get through a very difficult time in my life. She has been a God sent. I am very thankful for her help.
Bonnie has been instrumental in my recovery from quite a traumatic mental health crisis. She has listened intently and offered opinions and ideas in a supportive and gentle manner. She is kind and welcoming and strikes a great balance between levity and seriousness. I could not recommend her highly enough.
Bonnie is wonderful
Bonnie has really helped me find my voice and establish myself. She listens very well and is very reassuring, but is not afraid to call me out when needed and I appreciate that.
After just one intense (but powerful) session, Bonnie helped me face childhood trauma surrounding my mom and helped get me on the path to healing decades-old wounds. She’s honest, transparent, wise, and insightful and helpful in me navigating a pending divorce which is what got me into therapy to begin with. Thank you for being obedient to your calling, Bonnie.
Bonnie is great. She's energetic, attentive, empathetic, and knowledgeable. I can be talking in circles, and she will casually drop a question that drives through the noise to the heart of what's bothering me. She's always willing to call me out on unproductive and self-defeating thoughts, and effusive with praise and excitement whenever I have a breakthrough. So grateful to work with her.
Invaluable help during personal crisis. Helped me get un-stuck and make long overdue changes

Bonnie is compassionate and caring. I was very lucky to be matched with her. She is a blessing to this profession.
Caring. That is what I feel is the most important aspect of this job. Ms Spicer obviously has the technical skills, training, and education to work efficiently in therapy. But what makes her effective the most is her passion for this profession and her desire to help those she interacts with.
Bonnie is an incredibly supportive therapist and I would recommend her to anyone looking for support as they navigate life’s journey!
she is always there for me, she takes her time with me, she is patient and always understanding.

Bonnie has been incredibly attentive to my needs and is helping me sort my life issues out her experience strength and hope. She continually shows me she is exactly what I need in my life to help achieve my biggest goals! I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling and needing guidance. She backs the guidance up with tons of help outside of just a counseling session. She gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me.
Bonnie listened well, and asked questions that got to the heart of the matter. My time with her has helped a lot!

Everything was great except the quality of the phone connection. It was a little hard to hear
She is great! Very attentive, gives me a lot of resources, recommends 3rd party research that will also help, and is overall wonderful!
I love how she takes the time to listen to me and helps me with my negative thoughts to either have me think from a different perspective to make it more positive, or asks questions about myself I've never of before.
