I am so glad that I connected with Mandy for my therapist. We are getting into the grit of things and I can't say that I have ever been as consistent with any other therapist that I have ever seen. She asks great questions and offers ideas/strategies that are not just breathing (no offense to breathing). She is down to earth and works at a pace that is comfortable for you- and that is something she has the expertise to see. I am very thankful for our sessions and know that I need them right now or would sink. I could not have asked for a better person to work with me through all of the things that I am breaking down right now. Thankful and more thankful.
