My experience with Lynne changed my life. For as long as I can remember, I'd been dealing with extremely painful and debilitating intrusive thoughts, and didn't really believe there was any way to feel better, after many unsuccessful attempts at therapy and medication. Lynne made me feel heard, validated, and helped me put words on things I had experienced. She helped me forgive myself and learn to believe that I'm a good person again. I can't begin to express how grateful I am for this.

Hi! I am glad you are here! My name is Lynne and I am a licensed clinical social worker. I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years. My experience has included working with a vast array of people challenged by life situations and experiencing anxiety, depression, problems with substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss just to name a few.
It is my belief that if suffering and uncertainty are inherent in our humanness, so too is joy, growth and the ability to heal through connectedness. People often seek therapy having exhausted their own internal resources trying to feel better. They may also believe they have exhausted their loved ones with their own self-doubt, sadness or shame. Or one may be experiencing a more vague yet persistent sense of being overwhelmed or numb and disconnected.
If anxiety, sadness, irritability, anger or grief is impacting your quality of life; or, if you have been managing uncomfortable emotions with substances and questioning your relationship with alcohol or drugs, I’d like to help. I offer my clients the opportunity to explore who they are, who they want to be, and importantly, a partnership in forging the path toward healing and change.

Absolutely superb
Lynne is an extremely empathetic therapist. She really listens to you and you can tell she cares. Her perspective has been really helpful, and she's been the first therapist I've been to that I felt truly comfortable to be completely honest with.
Very friendly and appreciated she was from Colorado.
Lynne has been so amazing and compassionate with me in our sessions together, and she even checks on me in between sessions. I feel very comfortable talking to her and I finally feel seen for the first time ever in my life. She truly listens, understands and provides helpful feedback as well as resources for me to use and learn about in between sessions. She is extremely kind and I feel very safe about opening up to her. I have nothing but great things to say about Lynne, she is a wonderful therapist!

I have only just started my experience with Lynne but she is amazing. She listens to me, understands how to pull things out of me, Is constantly helping me with different resources and things to do to cope. I would recommend her to anyone!!
Lynne is a breath of fresh air, and has been a huge support to me in navigating a very difficult time of my life. I have had challenges in supporting a family member with very serious psychiatric diagnoses, and she has helped me gain understanding on how to maintain my own sense mental health, while also establishing healthy ways to support my family member, and also holding important boundaries in our relationship to promote family safety. I am so grateful for her wise words shared, openness, and the comfort I have in knowing I can share anything with her without experiencing a sense of judgment, but rather understanding. Lynne is a phenomenal therapist and care provider.

Lynne is an amazing listener and offers opportunities to reflect before suggesting her own thoughts. She's also amazing at connecting dots you don't see yourself and her advice is always objective. I never feel like I'm just being told what I want to hear, but what I need to hear. Its the best experience and super helpful!
Lynne has been so helpful and a voice of reason through an awful experience I was undergoing right before being connected with her.
