She's been fabulous. I didn't mean to mark that she doesn't respond in a timely manner and it wouldn't let me go back so please strike that part. I've really enjoyed our time together. Thanks for everything ❤️❤️

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Love Miss Kathryn! She has really opened my eyes to issues that I didn’t even know existed. My communication with loved ones is getting better and I’m loving myself more. Highly recommend her expertise.
Working with Kathryn has been tremendously helpful over the last few months. She has done so much to help me work through key issues that have helped saved my marriage and find stability in relation to my mental health. I have seen significant progress in my life that was desperately needed. I am dealing with depression and anxiety much better. I've learned so much about how to combat negative thought cycles and set healthy boundaries. Therapy works and is absolutely worth it. I am so much better for it.
I have already recommended numerous friends to BetterHelp.
