Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Positive energy. Great real life advice. The experience is noticeable.
Joseph is animated, engaging and expansive! I look forward to my sessions with him because he provides empowering frameworks, tools and feedback that help me reconsider my circumstances.
For someone that wasn't keen on therapy Joe was an excellent match. He offered "tools" to navigate situations and open my eyes to things that needed to be resolved. He was very understanding of the situations I brought up to him and offered challenging perspectives that opened my eyes to other solutions that worked better for resolutions and diffusion in those situations. Highly recommend Joe
Only 2 sessions so far. We're still getting to know each other, but he's been supportive and made some good points
Great job
Joe is very positive and affirming.
Joseph is great and I would recommend to anyone seeking help.
I have had a very great time learning about my self, Joe is an inspiration.
It’s still the first session so I have yet to see any progress I can make, but from what I’ve noticed he’s nice. He’s willing to hear me out so that’s important for me. Sometimes I get these feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness. So I’ll try to give him a chance to speak so that I can learn some ways to filter out those feelings of hopelessness and worthlessness.
Great guy
