Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She’s responsive
Great therapist. Very supportive and feels like you’re speaking to a friend. Finds helpful tools to guide you through issues you bring up:)
Wendy quickly gets to the heart of an issue and offers helpful guidance for grappling with it. She gives me a lot of valuable points to consider in between sessions.
Wendy is a great therapist, gives me the floor when it’s time to speak. But also gets the points across to me in a non demeaning way!
Wendy is personable and friendly. I’ve enjoyed our sessions and am thankful to find someone where it feels like I’m speaking to a friend but also someone who is qualified to help me with all my issues. It makes it much easier to be honest and open. She listened to my concerns and helps keep me from going too far off on tangents at my request lol. I would recommend her for sure and think you’ll feel comfortable with her:)
