Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She’s amazing
She’s the best
She’s amazing. I feel so heard and supported. She listens, hears and gives advice and feedback without being pushy or overbearing. I can tell she cares a lot.
I’ve only worked with Alia once but it was a great start. She was insightful and helpful immediately.
She is the best! Like the best therapist I’ve had ….EVER. She understands what I’m going through, has good input and genuinely CARES. I can’t count the number of instances where I’ve felt heard (like as if she’s gone through the stuff I have and has seen through my eyes). I’d rate her higher than 10/10 if I could. By my count she’s 20 out of 10
Awesome
She was my first match & I'm thankful. She helps me talk through the things that make my voice shake. She doesn't slap labels on what I'm going through. She pushes the conversation towards where it should go. She's helping me regrasp my strength & remember who I am. She is a graceful woman & I am glad to have met her.
