Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

It's been a blessing to work with someone as kind, supportive and thoughtful as Dvorah. She has helped me so much in a relatively short time, and that's because of her wealth of experience and gentle manner. I feel heard, understood and respected, and I always enjoy our sessions. Dvorah also keeps in touch outside of therapy sessions, and her weekly 'newsletter' messages are the cherry on top!

Dvorah is an incredibly attentive listener, always creating a safe space where I feel understood and valued. Apart from that, she is also a super sweet and caring person, making every session feel like a conversation with a trusted friend. I leave each session feeling supported and motivated. Dvorah has a really calming energy and presence which automatically makes it feel like I can trust her right away. She's open, listens, asks questions and doesn't make me feel judged which I think was the most important thing. When I ask her for very specific advice, she gives it. She's incredibly pro-active about reading my messages and responding with lots of useful articles, podcasts, tips. I really appreciate having her there as my rock and support.
