Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.
Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

She listens I’m crazy and she still helps me.
Erin was there at a time in my life when I needed guidance the most. She is compassionate & patient. I feel stronger, emotionally, than I have in a long time.
Erin is amazing all around!
Erin is a fantastic therapist whom gives terrific wisdom and skills to her clients. She is a wonderful individual and counselor.
Erin is a great listener I enjoy working with her.
Erin is kind and empathetic. She provides reflective listening and relevant, insightful feedback and suggestions. I feel really fortunate to have matched with her!
Definitely grateful for her
I enjoy my sessions with Erin because I always walk away from them feeling like some progress was made. She is very relaxed and honest which I deeply appreciate.
Erin is extremely friendly and puts you at ease while actively listening to you and what you want out of therapy!
I was extremely nervous about trying therapy. Within minutes of my first session, Erin put me at ease and allowed me to open up like I never had before. She is very personable, humble and entertaining to talk to. Erin is awesome and she genuinely cares about her clients.
Erin is the best therapist I've ever had. She listens to me and always tries to do whatever she can to help me. She is the first therapist to truly treat me like a person; she actually takes what I say in high regard. I have never had a therapist who cares the way she does, or even comes close to helping me achieve what I need to.
In my experience with Erin she’s shown to be: Professional, kind, authentic, and up-to-date knowledgeable. I can’t say enough good things about working with her!
Erin is so amazing! She listens whenever I speak with her, and offers a lot of support!
I've been going through a lot of growing pains from leaving high school, to getting a new job, my knee surgery at 22, and all the while actively feeling that I have to repress important parts of myself. Erin has not only given me an outlet to freely talk about who I really am, she has also helped me start to combat my social anxiety, and slips in a roadmap to getting back to my old self again between her kind deminor and clever wit. If you're part of the LGBT+ community, like me, and struggle with anxiety, I'd genuinely recommend Erin.
Erin was an amazing help for me and was an amazing person in general. Loved her help and personality.
Great listener and very good at understanding and giving advice. Highly recommend!!
Was extremely nervous about starting therapy, however after just one meeting with Erin I am excited and always looking forward to the next conversation
Erin is fantastic! I really appreciate her help and guidance. My husband was also glad to be a part of a video session to help me.
Supportive and helpful as my first time trying therapy
Erin speaks to me exactly how I need to be spoken to. She is calm, but gives it to me straight, and I really value that. I have been more consistent with therapy than I ever have been in the past. I truly feel like she has helped me - even in just a few sessions. She listens and understands. And offers suggestions on how to improve my current situation. With the options for call, text, or video -- its so easy to reach her, and she is always quick to respond. She is very easy to talk to and open up to.
She is good
Erin is the best therapist I have ever had. She listens to me and believes me. She never made me feel unwanted and i know that with her help I can make it through this. She deserves the best praise for how she listens to you and how I can talk with her unlike anyone else. I would give Erin 100 out of 10 as she has help tremendously after just a short time
Very logical, rational and objective. Great to bounce ideas off of and is a great listener that lets you take control of the conversation and open up at your own pace
Erin is the best therapist I could ha e possibly be paired up with. She listens to my concerns and she believes me when no one else did. I cannot thank her enough and will continue to work with her on my road to recovery. She is the best and brightest person that really listens and encourages me to get better
I am blessed to be working with Dr. Erin. She is professional, yet down to earth and she gives me excellent support! I feel incredibly empowered after our sessions and she has helped me to move forward in my healing journey. I am so grateful for her.
Very respectful and timely
Erin has been so supportive and helpful. She gives me a multitude of resources to cope with things myself in addition to offering her time to help me when the circumstances go beyond my own abilities.
After having quite a few counselors, I am finally found the perfect one for me. Even just after our first session, I knew I got lucky being connected with her. She is incredibly supportive, has my best interest in mind, and is just all around an incredibly cool person. So happy I have Erin!
