Prior to Gabriela I tried 3 other therapists and did not feel like I got much from their sessions. I knew finding a therapist that was the correct fit for me was important and kept trying until I found Gabriela, who has been incredible. I felt listened to and advice given was simple to implement and I feel it has worked to change the way I think and see the world and has benefitted me greatly. I've never felt judged or belittled and felt I could bring up anything that was playing on my mind in a safe environment regardless of how silly I felt it was I was taken seriously and met with compassion and professionalism. Gabriela is very compassionate and has a lot of empathy, and does not judge, but understands and makes me think of my actions in ways I would not do without her.
