I had an award winning career spanning over twenty years working in the logistics industry being recognised by the industry in the top 100 list several times and having the honour of winning leader of the year award in recognition of the work I did supporting, mentoring, coaching and developing individuals within the organisations I worked for.

I help all my clients achieve sustainable and lasting results and my background as a senior executive at director level enables me to understand the motivations and challenges of working in large organisations, leading teams of people and delivering targets, dealing with conflicts and achieving work life balance.

I have been qualified as a coach since 2011 and a behavioural analyst in 2013 due to more and more employees presenting with personal/mental health issues I decided to learn more and became a qualified counsellor in 2013.

On the counselling side I work as an integrative counsellor, which means I flex my style to suit different individuals. I work with many individuals and businesses dealing with issues ranging from, dealing with general stresses of life, work, relationships issues and breakdowns, bereavement, abuse, depression, anxiety etc.

I help them secure stakeholder support and build teams that deliver, gaining clarity on goals and setting strategic plans for the future.

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.

Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I felt immediately comfortable speaking with Kathryn. She listens and asks the right questions. I feel I am able to understand some of my thoughts and emotions more clearly when we speak.

Kathryn's approach to explain how our body and what we eat biologically affects our mental state has helped me to manage my anxiety better. Kathryn is the first therapist whose therapy approach works best for me due to her ability to explain the reasoning why our mind behaves in certain way. I have consistently practiced her recommendation ever since and I am surprised to find out the better place I am to be now.

I’ve had a lot of therapists over the past 10 years and I can honestly say that Kathryn is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She’s attentive, intelligent, wise, knowledgeable and always gives practical suggestions that greatly benefit me. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

Kathryn is a great therapist, she listens to understand, is direct, personable, and overall I've found working with her very helpful. When I first linked in with Kathryn I was feeling a lot of distress, a few months later with her support I have been taking positive steps forward and despite some recent set backs I can respond more effectively and have a more optimistic outlook, thank you.

Kathryn has been a joy to work with. I particularly appreciate her on point observations and her wealth of knowledge from both her business background, coaching, personal life and various therapy modalities. She listens very actively and is great at finding exactly the frame or narrative that you haven't questioned yourself yet. I always leave sessions feeling better about myself and more optimisic that I will be able to work towards the life I want to live. I recommend Kathryn to anyone who wants a person-centered but to the point and action oriented therapist.

Kath is an amazing listener and offers thoughtful responses. It's clear that she is compassionate, but isn't just going to tell you what you want to hear. She is comfortable disagreeing with you in meaningful ways that help you grow, and has a great sense of humour. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for therapeutic support

I’ve found Kathryn to be incredibly helpful in a very short space of time. She has already highlighted and understood things about my situation that I hadn’t been able to appreciate and her advice is very practical and useful. Only two sessions in and already finding this more worthwhile that the previous therapist I visited in person for a much longer period.
