I started therapy with Michele about 4 months ago and was absolutely terrified. I'd always been torn between thinking therapy would be really good for me and worrying what it would mean about me if I needed it - or, more frightening, what other people would think of me if I needed it. I started my session just two months ago with Michelle but the changes within these two months have been massive. I can feel the growth within me as a person. The intensity of my anxiety is lower and manageable. She has helped me heal my inner child. The most important thing I have learned from all the therapy sessions is I thought I was broken and needed fixing which is the main reason I joined therapy thinking it would fix me but Michelle introduce me to this different perspective of healing.
