Are you feeling stressed, anxious, low or just not knowing how to move forward? I am a conscientious and compassionate Counsellor with extensive experience, particularly with giving you the confidence to overcome your difficulties and feel like yourself again. I have a vast amount in experience with a variety of clients from different ethnic backgrounds and age ranges. Whatever brings you to counselling, I can provide you with a safe environment for you to comfortably talk through the difficulties that you are facing and work through them together.

I don't believe in one standard approach for everyone. My main stance is working with the Integrative Approach, so that I can use the right approach that is suited to you. I also work with CBT/REBT and am an Accredited Counsellor with The National Counselling Society.

Whether you want your journey to be short-term or long-term, my non-judgemental environment will help you to overcome your barriers and not have the problems negatively impact your life on a daily basis.
