By applying an integrative approach; Psychodynamic, Person-Centred, Cogitative Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Transitional Analysis (TA), Gestalt etc., I would feel honoured to listen empathetically to your individual concerns.

I offer short term and long term therapy to individuals & understand that if life ‘throws you curve balls’, it is sometimes difficult to stay in control of your emotions & deal with your daily activities. Together with you leading the session & my guidance in a compassionate, non-judgemental environment, you would be given an opportunity to re-discover your true-self.
