Paul is a wonderful therapist. He makes me reflect on what is true. He makes me look inside myself for the things that I have been ignoring or avoiding. I feel a very good connection with him which is important to me. I would highly recommend him. He's not like your average therapist who will hmm and ahh at you. You can actually feel his active listening and presence right there with you. I'd give him a 10/10. Don't hesitate to start your journey with him. Also if you want to stay stuck then he's likely NOT the therapist for you.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

I have been seeing Paul now for 6 months and in this time I have felt much better in myself. Paul always responds to me in a timely manner when I need him and during our sessions, he listens intently allowing me a safe space to express myself.

I was nervous and not sure about how therapy would work for me but Paul is very easy to talk to which put me at ease straight away, he understands everything I am feeling and thinking and allows me to voice these in a safe space, after only a couple of sessions I really felt I'd come out of a fog and could think clearly and put into place things to help me proceed, I would recommend Paul to anyone and I am so glad to have had the opportunity to speak with him as I feel I may not have progressed in the same way.
