You don’t even have the strength to take the next step, to pull yourself through while trying to reach your old self. You need a safe space.

A warm welcome to your non-judgemental space, where I will work alongside you with empathy and compassion in an open, friendly, and professional way. I offer both short-term and long-term counselling sessions. Evening appointments are available and some Saturdays as agreed.

I have been working with Virginia since late March of this year, and the difference in myself between then and now has been eye opening and promising! Since starting my sessions with Virginia I have become more of the person that I truly want to be. My friends, family and doctors have even commented on how I’m starting get my glow back. Life has become easier to navigate and I am able to stand up for myself more. Seeking help is a hard thing to do and doing the work can be difficult but I urge anyone who is on the fence to start therapy. Virginia is kind, supportive, non judgemental and listens. She is always beaming and it makes me happy. She makes light out of situations that need to be taken lightly and is serious with situations that are to be taken seriously.
