I had a wonderful journey with Christina. She is absolutely amazing and she was the perfect person to came by when I needed someone to talk to. She listens well and understands . She always knew what to say or ask to challange me and my thoughts and taught me all the useful tools I needed in my life. I am 100% happy that I had Christina as my therapist and I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs support and help to build a better understanding of themselves, their feelings and their choices.

I am an integrative counsellor. I work on a relationship based on trust, acceptance and non-judgement. From this foundation, using various therapeutic tools, I can help you to understand and question outmoded beliefs, conditions or rules that once served you but no longer fit. If you have an urning for change but are not sure where to start, counselling can help by acting as an agent or catalyst for change. Change can be scary, it can also be very empowering. When we let go of our old beliefs we open the way for new even exciting things to happen. Change doesn't have to be a slow or long process, it can be quick and effective.

My belief is that everyone has the right to be happy. As a counsellor, my role is to help you on your path to well being. To provide a safe place for you to befriend unwanted thoughts, feelings and emotions that have been suppressed and to tend to them with compassion, kindness and love

When we are in distress we can find it difficult to express how we really feel. We may feel hopeless. In these desperate times, a counsellor can be your hope - like a lighthouse in your darkest days guiding you home to safety - the safety of discovering your true self.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Christina has been absolutely amazing. I knew what issues I had which helped and she helped me dig even further to the root cause and gave me all the tools to defeat my anxieties and insecurities. It's given me so much more confidence to do what makes me happy instead of just hanging on to groups I'm now fully happy to go off on my own and be secure enough to not worry about anything. Everything is looking so much better and I couldn't be more grateful for the help she has given me in the short span I've had with her. Every session has been extremely effective and targeted my problems with amazing effect. Highly recommended, absolutely amazing, kind, caring and professional!
