I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with my R privelege in New York State with over 20 years of experience working as a psychotherapist. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, anger issues, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, Dual recovery and addiction treatment issues, codependency, grief and loss, OCD, ADHD and adjustment difficulties. I also helped many people who have experienced trauma related issues.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion with a firm belief in self determination and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, existential, strengths based, solution focused and reality based therapy. Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Katy Fuller is a therapist who truly listens and assists you in uncovering core issues. Highly recommend.
Katy has been helpful with listening and being there. She answers me in a timely fashion and gives helpful suggestions.
Katy is very easy to talk to. She's casual enough to overcome the clinical feel of therapy. She doesn't just tell you what you want to here. Nor does she come off a judgy or cold.
She gets me
