Graham is an amazing therapist ! I found his technique VERY effective and I still use it. Whilst talking to a person is good, I found Graham’s approach to really deal with the problem at the core. Thank you so much , Graham !

Hello.

What I offer is unusual, because in only 2 or 3 sessions you will discover if this method works for you and your issues.

The method does not not rely on a long and developing relationship with me as therapist. I will certainly provide a warm and supportive welcome to you, as I teach you how to use gesture (rather than just talking) to handle the pressure and tensions of your issues, whatever they are.

From these few sessions, you will create for yourself a pattern of gestures that you will find effective in giving you back your Self, with a clearer head, calmer feelings and re-newed self-confidence.

After these few sessions, you can then practise at home on your own (with as much support from me as you wish), until your newly-created pattern becomes a habit and blocks or dissolves the old, established habits of reaction that your issues used to plunge you into.

Those reactive habits will no longer have that power over you and you will feel more and more like the Captain of your ship, instead of an oppressed deckhand.

If you find, after even the first session, that this way of working is not for you, you will have wasted little time, either in therapy sessions or in developing a professional relationship with me. If you feel you have achieved nothing after 2 or 3 sessions, I would not anyway wish to delay your seeking a different approach.

I have been working with this method for the last 9 years

Do give it a try!

Available now.
There is no waiting list and no calls to make. Simply fill out a short questionnaire and send your first message.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
