I feel like a changed person since my sessions with Oliver. He took time to listen to my problems and was able to guide our sessions appropriately. After years and years of suffering, I wasn’t hopeful that anyone or anything could help me but I was so wrong. Oliver’s methods pieced together areas of my life I thought were unrelated and managed to quickly open my eyes to how my brain was working and allow me to get control of things again. He is very knowledgeable and was also able to guide me onwards to different methods of therapy which might help me in the future too. Couldn’t be more grateful!

Oliver is a fantastic therapist. I have had lots of counselling before in the past but personally really respond better to Oliver's style to others I have experienced. He brings himself into the room and I do not feel like I am talking into a void. This makes it easier for me to bring in issues I am experiencing and feel less guarded. Oliver was my first experience of using a therapist. He was very helpful in assisting me to get over a relationship problem. As an example, he picked up on many comments I made which to me were just sentences. Oliver encouraged me to expand further on what I meant by saying those things, which in some cases turned out to be very deep held beliefs and underlying hurt/pain which needed to be addressed. Oliver also gave me some great advice on how to increase my chances to meet the kind of person who might be suitable for a future relationship. I would happily come back to Oliver in future if I needed to clear any other blocks or challenges I may have.
