I have helped clients with a wide range of personal difficulties including bereavement, abuse, relationship issues, anxiety, and low self-esteem. You do not have to be in crisis to come and seek support, therapy can be an essential part of your self-care and support system. I have helped clients to develop a deeper understanding of their relationship difficulties, relationship communication, and relationship experiences.

Both short-term and long term counselling is offered and I am committed to personalising therapy for you and doing so collaboratively. Therapy can also be provided more flexibly, around your schedule.

I am trained in more than one theory and counselling method. This enables me to incorporate different techniques and methods to personalise the therapy to the individual client. The space that is offered is secure, confidential and non-judgmental. You will be encouraged to open up and explore your various difficulties while I understand that for some it can be hard to open up to a stranger or talk about experiences that have caused you pain.

I have very high expectations when choosing to work with a therapist. I used multiple but found I was very compatible with Kelly and knew she would be the one that I stick with. She challenges me, educates me, and gives me more perspectives that help a lot. I enjoy the session every week and always come away more enlightened. She is not the kind of therapist to just listen to your problems. She will help you with your perspective, give you homework and tasks if needed and keep your mind in a good place.
