Brilliant therapist.
Manjit has been really supportive and I appreciate the great rapport that we have. She has given a space where I’ve been able to share what I have been struggling with and keeping to myself. She listened carefully and understood where I’m coming from and validated my feelings. Manjit has helped acknowledge things that I’m finding difficult which I can work on and think about and I’m really thankful for her.
Manjit is wonderful. I had one or two therapists before Manjit and we didn't really connect. Manjit though, we just see eye to eye. We're very much on the same page in terms of our beliefs and our approach to life. She's interesting to speak with, we have some lovely conversations and while we're still building our rapport, I can see us getting on for some time to come. Her sessions really help me, in the same way I would be chatting with a good friend.
I was very lost and stuck in my own head, confused and unsure of what I felt and what I wanted to do. Speaking to Manjit helped me clear my fog and actually understand what I was thinking and I am exstreamly grateful for her listening ear as I feel alot stronger and capable now and able to understand my emotions
