I've spent over twenty years building a successful and rewarding career in business. I was listed in Insider Business Magazine's Inaugural Women of Influence in 2015. I've won awards for the work I've done supporting, coaching and developing employees from all walks of life, including a European Call Centre Award. I've travelled the world, seizing opportunities to work in places such as America, India and Australia. I was recognised as an excellent mentor and coach, yet I always felt I had more to give. After several life changing events, I decided in a leap of faith to change my career and stepped off the corporate ladder to study at university for three years and become a qualified coach and counsellor, specialising in career and life coaching and person centred counselling. During my studies, I was also a mental health champion in a corporate setting, offering support and a listening ear to senior managers and directors as well as becoming a Cruise grief volunteer. I am a member of the Association of coaching, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council and a member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Love Debs, she’s been a life saver ! She’s absolutely incredible and has helped me no end !
Debra is a wonderful therapist. Her skills of communication are excellent. Her sessions feel like very 'safe' spaces, and she has an innate kindness that greatly complements her professional accolades.
Debra was wonderful in helping me navigate the work/life balance issues, and I do plan to continue working with her for a while. She's always very attentive, fast to respond, and very easy to talk to.
I couldn’t speak more highly of Deb. Her experience, guidance and technique is everything I could ask for. Deb’s experience in the corporate world prior to this gives her a perspective that really helps with career and leadership advice while understanding mental health and the challenges of the two. The way she hold a mirror to me and challenges my thinking all while giving practical advice and realistic coping techniques and resources is my favourite part of our session. Highly recommend Debra 10/10
Debra is one of the best therapists I have visited, and I have visited many, she listens and prods at the right times and doesn't push me too far for information. She waits until I am ready and then prods where necessary. Very kind and well-spoken and always knows the right thing to say.
On week 2 and already seen improvement.
Debra is great she is so easy to speak to and gives really great advice and helps me to understand how I am feeling. Amazing at what she does I would recommend her to anyone!
Debbie is an amazing listener and a very knowledgeable counsellor. I am immensly thankful to have worked with her.
Debra is so easy talk to, with such a friendly and warm way. She gave me great advice and I would not hesitate to reach out to her again in the future.
I love working with Debra so far, she listens to my concerns and offers me support and actionable takeaways. I feel super lucky to have her :)
I am really happy to have Debra as my therapist. She is very understanding, supportive and helped me discover the source of my anxiety. Since we started working through it I have become more confident, positive, learned to set boundaries and deal with my triggers. I would gladly recommend her to anyone.
Deb is easy to talk with even when the topic is difficult emotionally and insightful when the topic is confusing. She is good at saying or asking the right thing in a respectful way, with a good mix of curiosity and challenge. I’m finding our conversations very helpful.
Working with Debbie has been really helpful so far. I feel safe to discuss any topic, and I trust the guidance and insights that Debbie shares. I feel really supported in our conversations and have seen a lot of shifts since our first chat (we've only had 3 so far). I feel like I am already making changes and Debbie has really helped me make the small tweaks that make a big difference, and I'm looking forward to continuing to work together.
Debbie responds to my thoughts and problems and I feel she is my listening ear and understands. It is reassuring to have an independent, in fact my sole listening ear. Thank you
