Nina is a lovely therapist and very good at hosting open and thoughtful conversation. I often think I won’t have much to say but then I end up talking lots and learning a lot about myself. It’s great to have someone outside of my close circles to talk through life’s challenges with. I rather these conversations not impact my close circle who have their own challenges going on. It helps me offer my best to them knowing I’m taken care of. Thanks Nina.

My name is Nina and I am a qualified person-centred counsellor, with a diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (bacp) and I follow and practice their Ethical Framework.
I also work with an agency to support young people and adults with their mental health.
Counselling offers a place to talk about things that might be bothering you, an experience you have had or any other area of your life that you would like to consider or explore.
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe that you are the expert in your life, and I will be by your side, offering empathy and support. I will not judge you. I will not tell you what to do or how you should behave, we will work together collaboratively to explore your situation.
Having a safe space to do this, will hopefully support you to get to a place of understanding, awareness and acceptance.
I am trained to be able to work with people experiencing a number of different issues. If I am unable to support you, I will try to refer you on to someone who has the appropriate skills.
I am able to support anyone over the age of 18, who is based in The UK.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Excellent therapist!
Nina has been brilliant throughout my therapy journey. She has put me at ease from day 1, which has allowed me to be open & honest with her during my sessions. She has taught me valuable techniques for day to day life and has helped me understand and navigate my way moving forward. Thank you Nina!
I have found working with Nina to be very helpful and would encourage others to starting talking to her too.
Really great therapist. Got a lot of her sessions. Thank you!
I feel so comfortable with Nina, she really as a way of easing anxiety and creating a space for you to talk. Would absolutely recommend her to a friend or family member if they need someone to talk to.
Nina has been instrumental in empowering me, she has helped me reevaluate my priorities. I cannot thank her enough for her non judgemental approach.
Nina is a lovely person and very understanding. Sometimes I don’t even know what I want to chat about before the session but then end up talking loads because she’s so great at facilitating open discussion. She’s very positive and has a talent for helping you to see where your strengths are.
Nina had been providing a comfortable and trusting environment for me to express my feels and problem. She could catch the small details in my stories and gently asking questions on it, which most of the time have enlighten me! She had lifted so much weight on me just being there and gently accept it. Really love her and would recommend her to anyone that needed a therapist.
I know we’ve only spoken a couple of times, but Nina is quite honestly the best match I could have had! She is so gentle, and not at all invasive with any questions or clarifications. Yet she seems so understand very quickly what I am feeling and thinking. And she knows when to let me just speak, when I obviously need some help to express myself. I know I have plenty I am still holding in but I feel with Nina, I could safely express it. It’s like I feel she’s not just ‘professionally’ non - judgemental, but that’s just her in her every day life. I can not recommend her highly enough.
