Catherine is the first therapist I've worked with in my life and she made me feel very at ease from the beginning. Through the course of our sessions over the past year she helped me work through some marital issues and my wife and I are now at a really good point in our relationship. She also helped me with getting to the core of those issues by addressing my anxiety and lack of self-confidence. I love Catherine. She is kind, caring and attentive to your needs. She understands and she respects you and your experiences. She listens and helps, even when I know I keep harping on the same issue. She understands that I need to work through it. She has helped change my life while I was suffering from anxiety and depression. Probably some midlife issues and past trauma issues. I feel so much better every day. More in control. I take what she has taught me and I apply it to my life. It's really saved me and some very important relationships with those I love. I cant thank her enough for the difference in me and my life.

Catherine has a gentle and caring approach, yet is very intentional in her sessions. She is wonderful listener and provides guidance and understanding. Catherine is a great space holder for however I show up and whatever I bring to each session, is a fantastic listener and asks helpful questions that help me process what I’m experiencing and sometimes view things in a different way.
