Can’t even begin to describe how great Lynne is, she asks the right questions at the right time and teases out information I would’ve never in a million years known about myself. I’m very grateful to have been linked to her.

Lynne has been a God send. She took the time to understand my issues, my family issues, my childhood. She then helped me reflect on all of those issues and come to conclusions that I would have never in a million years come to myself. She has helped me through grief, loss of a parent, forgiveness, self love and so many other issues. She has such a gentle approach but somehow quite profound. I’m very grateful to have been matched with Lynne.

More about Lynne

  • 4 years' experience
  • Female
  • BACP, NCPS

I offer counselling as a holistic experience drawing on a background from a mix of nursing in Neuroscience and Intensive Therapy care, involvement in Mental Health within the NHS through the Pharmaceutical Industry for a number of years, and from my learning, development and experience of counselling from a variety of settings. My experiences have been gained from adult service counselling in organisations for a range of difficulties e.g. trauma, anxiety , stress, relationship difficulties, loneliness , depression and managing risk. I recognise our own individual experience as variable and offer a safe space for us to explore your own unique issues of difficulty together. Our aim will be to help you gain better understanding of yourself and find the resources needed for more beneficial change.

I offer Counselling and Hypnotherapy services privately for adult and younger people too aswell as organisation support e.g. student support and workplace counselling .

I have experience of school counselling as a whole school approach i.e. supporting staff, children and their families. This allows us to explore childhood difficulties potentially and may allow you some links to make better sense of yourself and recognise other more meaningful choices ahead.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space. Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.
