Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

I have started therapy not so long ago, and i had a different therapist before i started with Fiona, and i can tell the difference. My previous therapist asked point blank questions on my first therapy session which put me on a spot, it felt uncomfortable, because there was no build up to it, there was no connection. So with Fiona my first impression that i got was i instantly feel the sense of comfortability, safety and understanding, no judgement and like you are at ease! She is picking up on things very quickly without investing so much time to get to know you as i find she asks the right questions or questions are to the point but put in a right way to make you think or see it from different angle and she is very empathetic, understanding and patient. I feel like i can easily open up to her and gain that trust to open up to talk about difficult conversations / topics! So far i am impressed with work that we have done and i am appreciative of her help and support. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wishes to start therapy!
