In only a few sessions, Vickie has helped me to think about things differently which has made a huge difference. I was incredibly nervous about approaching therapy but she made me feel comfortable straight away.

I had a few quality sessions with Vickie. She helped me navigate through my issues and helped focus on the here and now of life. It helped greatly to get an expert’s perspective on things I knew but was not ready to accept. With only a few sessions I was able to take control of my emotions. Thank you.

Hi, my name is Vickie. I have moved to UK with my family from Hong Kong in 2022. I have worked as a counsellor for over 15 years in Hong Kong. I can speak English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

I am a Registered Counsellor from BACP (British Association for Counseling and Psychotherapy). I am also attained a Professional Certificate in the Use of Satir Growth Model in Individual and Family Therapy, as well as a Professional Certificate in Sex Therapy and I am a Certified Sex Therapist . In addition, I hold a Master Degree in Counselling from Australia since 2006.

I am a full time counsellor and sex therapist . I used to work in hospitals and social services organizations providing counseling services mainly to people with mental health issues. In the past 10 years, I have expertise in working with people with work stress, relationship issues, mental health, crisis intervention and sex therapy etc in EAP settings.

My counselling approach is more on family therapy based with humanistic theories, such as Satir's model, I also believe that we are all miracles and we have all our inner resources to dealing with our life challenges.

If you would like to understand and explore your inner resources, and enhance your self help abilities, please come to share with me . I am sure we can walk through the journey together and discover your internal power.
