I am a Pluralistic Counsellor, Rapid Transformational Therapist (RTT), and Life Purpose Coach, based in Aberdeenshire, Scotland. As a Pluralistic Counsellor I implement a combination of therapies in my practice, which means my sessions are tailored to suit your individual needs and preferences.

I help clients manage the symptoms of ADHD such as procrastination, organisations skills, sleep issues, anxiety and career related challenges.

I am non-judgmental and I have a naturally caring and compassionate nature. I am respectful of others, and I appreciate the uniqueness of everyone. Its been 3 weeks of therapy with Carol so far and I have already experienced a profound change in the way I'm tackling my current challenges. I have come to useful resolutions that have allowed me to face issues head on. Additionally, Carol has been very welcoming and has allowed me to share and explore some of my own suspicions about myself. Being able to talk about the discomforts/obstacles I've faced and steps going forward have been an unknown necessity for me.
