I currently work with 18 year old and adults on a one to one basis as well as group therapy sessions. I specialise in Client Centered or Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Integrative Holistic Therapy. I am a member of the British Association Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and these qualifications and skills I have mastered has enabled me to facilitate successful one to one sessions, well being workshops across, local authorities and various businesses.
