Keith is a wonderful therapist. He clearly has a great deal of experience and is clearly very invested in helping his clients get what they want out of therapy. He listens to what you have to say and gives helpful and considered responses. I feel lucky that the system matched me with Keith and feel I have benefitted greatly from the sessions we have had together. I couldn't recommend Keith strongly enough if anyone was looking for a therapist to work with.

This is a person who helped me to rebuild myself after a long period of destructive mindset. He showed me a new stars in the sky - he's an angel on this earth.

Reviewed December 2022

I would strongly recommend Keith to anyone who is looking for a therapist to work with. I have really enjoyed and benefitted from my sessions to date with Keith. He is a great listener and really picks up on certain things I say and reflects them back to me, challenging them sometimes or pointing out the positives. Ketih also shares his own personal experiences that relate to things I am struggling with or going through. He is completely judgment-free, which makes me feel comfortable opening up and talking through anything and everything that I'm thinking about/going through. Keith is very practical and is great at giving actionable suggestions on how to take concepts we are discussing and turn them into concrete actions in my life.
