Sherry has been such an amazing help and source of personal development and growth. She really opened my mind and awareness to a new way of thinking, helping me use my brain as a powerful tool for good and in a way to support myself. I loved how she always has very practical advise, focusing on the future and the road ahead and with good exercises to help create more healthy ways of thinking. Her positive attitude towards life is really inspiring, it has been a great pleasure to work with her.

This is the best experience I’ve ever had in therapy. Sherry is knowledgeable and it almost seems like you’re talking to a mom or a best friend who actually has the tools to help you. She is also extremely honest and does not provide things for you to do that are not helpful.

Sherry is definitely being used by God in a mighty way. I appreciated having a therapy experience in which I was able to be uplifted spiritually. She is understanding, and very inviting. The best therapist I ever had!! Sherry is amazing. She is very kind, respectful and attentive. I have tried 3 different therapists before and almost lost faith in therapy, but I'm glad I decided to keep trying and was lucky enough to find Sherry. She is a rare gem. Unlike others she doesn't expect me to always know what to talk about, which alleviates a lot if anxiety for me. I would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat! (As long as it doesn't make her schedule too busy and she doesn't get stolen from me
