I've only had a couple of sessions with Sharan so far but I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was very open and warm and it made it easier to talk to someone. I'm generally not great at talking about myself. I'm finding it difficult but I feel very supported and I feel like she does actually hear me, not just listen.
Sharan has a very calming demeanor. She doesn't judge me and takes time to let me speak. After only two sessions, I already feel better about myself.
Sharan provides a grounding and validating space to spill unfiltered thoughts and feelings, and guides me gently to make sense of them. She's helpful in providing directions, unforced.
