Welcome to my profile, I am a couples and individual Psychotherapist, with an emphatic and holistic approach. I have been in practice for the past 7 years, with a total of over 100 hours of client work, specialising in anxiety, depression , trauma, addictions and deeper therapy work. I do not carry any judgments and am here to support you in your health matters. You are after all the expert of yourself.

I have a humanistic and integrative approach alongside the above, which gives me the tools to bring in different ways of working to support your needs. I carry a calm, gentle tone and will keep you grounded.

The first step to start counselling can feel overwhelming, bringing past thoughts to the surface and stirring up feelings of being judged, my attitude is to value you for doing the best you can. It can be tough for us at times. To accept us for who and how we are.

I've only had a couple of sessions with Sharan so far but I immediately felt comfortable with her. She was very open and warm and it made it easier to talk to someone. I'm generally not great at talking about myself. I'm finding it difficult but I feel very supported and I feel like she does actually hear me, not just listen.

Reviewed November 2024

Sharan has a very calming demeanor. She doesn't judge me and takes time to let me speak. After only two sessions, I already feel better about myself.

Reviewed June 2024

Sharan provides a grounding and validating space to spill unfiltered thoughts and feelings, and guides me gently to make sense of them. She's helpful in providing directions, unforced.

Reviewed May 2024

Sharan has provided a safe space where I can present my thoughts without any judgements and guide my thoughts to questions I've never really asked myself in my introspective journey. Sharan has the ability to encourage and stokes my self-motivation to continue this great, albeit potentially triggering journey of learning, unlearning and re-learning to love and enjoy myself.
