Hi, Thank you for taking the time to read through my profile. My name is Sean Wallis. I have been working within therapeutic settings for a number of years now, utilising a range of theoretical knowledge in combination with tried and tested practices. My initial foundation comes from 4 years of integrative therapy training. Opening up a wide variety of different modalities. All brought together with a therapeutic relationship framework. This means that there are a copious pathways we can choose to walk down during our time together. All of which comprised of core fundamental beliefs.

Having trained in a number of key practice modalities, person centered, CBT and psychodynamic I come with a broad range of approaches. Brought together under a relationship based frame work. Specifically looking to work together in creating a safe healing space to open up in.

Entering in to a therapy agreement can be a time of various emotions. Some initial information prior to our first session can help to get things flowing and create a space where building a healthy healing relationship. For those unfamiliar with therapy or counselling I am happy to book in a shorter check in to discuss the process and see what works for you.
