Thank you so much for all your help, Patricia. Initially, I was looking for someone who had expertise in issues related to emotional abuse, and not only are you perfectly qualified in that area, you have helped me unfold and unpack so much related stuff of which I was not even aware. Thank you for validating my feelings, but also catching me when I start to repeat maladaptive behaviour I’m trying to wean myself out of. Thank you so much for all your help. It is no exaggeration to say that you have changed my life – for the better! – and I can think so much more clearly and have so much more confidence in myself as a result. xx

So pleased with how my sessions are going with Patricia. She listens and I don’t feel judged in anyway. She helps me find sessions that fit around work, she communicates well and always on time to our session. I would highly recommend Patricia and Better Help to others.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

I have been with Trish for over a month now, and experienced a breakthrough at our 4th session - we found one of the roots for anxiety, and it has almost entirely left me. It was an incredible relief. There is still a lot fo work left, but I'm confident that we'll get there step by step.
