Jenna is professional, listens and ask very relevant questions. I also like that she gives quite a bit of space for you to think about what you are saying. More importantly for me I like talking to her, I feel supported and I feel she genuinely cares for me. I highly recommend her!

I’ve not been working with Jenna for long, however in this time she’s provided a space in which I feel safe to open up. She shows empathy and compassion, while validating my feelings/thoughts in a realistic way. I find Jenna really encouraging and supportive. I always thought I needed someone to ‘make me better’ or tell me what to do, yet speaking with Jenna is giving me confidence in myself to take steps between sessions that will benefit the areas that I feel I need help with.

Hi, my name is Jenna and I am a qualified Humanistic integrative counsellor, which means that I believe that people are the experts on themselves and that we each have the ability and the resources within us to change and heal, however, sometimes we need a little help to discover them.

Being an integrative counsellor enables me to draw elements from several different approaches and tailor sessions to each individual's needs.

I have valuable experience working with the Royal National Institute for the Blind, helping clients with vision loss and other disabilities come to terms with what has happened, along with issues such as Anxiety, Depression, Bereavement and Low self-esteem.

I work on a one-to-one basis with adults which allows for a good therapeutic relationship to develop, one which is open, honest and genuine from both sides. I believe that the relationship is key for successful therapy to take place.

Together we will explore the thoughts, feelings or behaviours that have brought you to counselling in a way that helps you to feel empowered and able to make the necessary changes to move forward.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Jenna has helped me through some very challenging circumstances, trauma around my wife's miscarriage, pre-existing anxiety related issues, and work related concerns. She has enabled me to function in a way that would not have been possible otherwise. I'm very grateful for her help, and hope to work with her again in the future.

Highly recommend Jenna, she has helped me so much to work through my problems in a warm, caring professional way with lots of helpful resources, I was so scared to start therapy and put it off for years but from the first session I felt so comfortable talking and opening up to Jenna, so grateful I got such a great match on better help!

Jenna is great at listening to any issues that are pressing my mind or even any stories or experiences that I have that I want to get off my chest. She’s also great to consider reasons why I might be feeling or thinking certain ways and is very understanding for when I’m feeling down while also offering worksheets to help work through the feelings and thoughts when they pop up. Would strongly recommend her
