It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

Jennifer is the best therapist I’ve seen through Better Help. She’s nice, a straight shooter, and helps me unpack concerns with care and humor. In one year she’s helped me calm down from extreme anxiety and realize I was rushing through life versus enjoying the moments. Would highly recommend her especially if someone is navigating self identity and their sexuality.

Reviewed December 2023

She is very kind and really listens to what I have to say and doesn’t judge at all.

Jennifer is the best counselor/therapist I have ever had. I’ve struggled to find someone that would listen, understand, and work with me as I work through issues. I have been working with Jennifer for over 6 months now and she has truly made a difference in my life. She is a phenomenal listener and makes you feel heard and validated with your feelings. I struggled with seeking help and I am so thankful that I did and that I have Jennifer to help me through my anxiety and depression.

Reviewed January 2023

She is the first therapist I spoke to in my life. From the first session to now, she givesme a lot of assurance that I need - she is makes it easier for me to talk about the most difficult topics. She is patient, and listens intently when I talk, I also hear her making notes and that gives me assurance that I am well taken care .

Jennifer is great. I wish I could continue with her. But I can’t afford it. She’s understanding, objective, very comfortable to talk to, and gives good advice. I would 100% recommend her.
