My name is Erica and I am a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC).I have been in practice for 10 years in a variety of settings including Samaritans, Cruse and Cithrah Foundation MBE. Through these experiences I have worked with a wide range of individuals with diverse issues. I approach therapy in a client- centred way, meaning each individual client leds their own way, which is very empowering and therapeutic for the client to find their own solutions through exploration in a safe, confidential, non judgemental, empathetic, respectful space. Sometimes with the space, time and conditions in place further intervention is needed and as an integrated counsellor I may apply other forms of therapy such as CBT, Psychotherapy, Psychoeducation, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness and Solution focused therapy. This is each individual person's journey I am humbled to be apart of and throughout this journey I hope to help my clients find solutions, talk and be heard, gain reusable tools or maybe rediscover healthy thinking, feeling and a more positive overall wellbeing.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
