Cheryl has during our first 2 sessions have been very attentive to our conversation. Therapy is new for me, I have found that I'm listing to how I tell my story, and how it effects me and my family. Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions.
Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.

Cheryl is a great therapist! She is caring and understanding of the problems that, until talking with her, I was struggling to identify let alone move forward to resolve. Her implementation of biblical scripture has motivated me to want to change myself. Don’t get me wrong, I needed someone like Cheryl to help me, but she actually opened my eyes to me wanting to help myself which I haven’t felt in years!
She’s attentive and offers sound practical advice and that’s all you could ask for out of a therapist
