The best therapist I’ve had since the one who got me through all four years of college. She is the reason I began to take more control of my life and began questioning things I wasn’t questioning before. I am so incredibly grateful that I was able to find such a quality human to be my therapist after believing I’d never find one as good for me as becca. She made me excited to experience therapy again when it was originally such a huge fear of mine post college. Thank you Mary.

I’ve never had a therapist I’ve been so easily connected to. She hears me, she doesn’t judge, and she gives me such good advice to help me with my struggles. I wish I would have signed up for this so much sooner. Mary is one of the best therapist I’ve had because she is so easy to talk to, and she makes me think from different perspectives which has really helped my marriage. So thankful for her and Better Help!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
