I look forward to our weekly sessions and I always leave our sessions feeling lighter and armed with the skills I need to take on the world. I am extremely grateful.

Online counseling, also known as teletherapy, is a method of delivering mental health services through digital means such as video conferencing, phone calls, or messaging platforms. It can be an ideal option for individuals who have difficulty accessing traditional therapy due to geographical distance, time constraints, or personal preferences like privacy and comfort. Many people find it easier to open up from the familiarity of their own space.

Teletherapy has been found to be highly effective, with studies showing that it can produce similar outcomes to in-person therapy, particularly for issues like anxiety, depression, and PTSD. The flexibility and accessibility it offers make it a valuable alternative to conventional therapy settings.

Brian is truly wonderful! I feel very lucky to have him as my therapist. He listens and gives excellent feedback! He also sends exercises that help you outside of your session. I would recommend him 10000x more if I could!

Brian’s been a great match for me for therapy. There are a lot of topics important to me that he understands and is knowledgeable in where previous therapists I’ve been to definitely did not or shared a way different view on things. Brian is easy to talk to and I feel bad when I talk too long, but he’s always been nice about. Ironically the biggest complaint I’ve had from therapists is not opening up or talking enough for them to do their job. Hopefully that isn’t the case now!

Brian is so easy to talk to. He makes me feel so safe and valued. He has messaged me back every time I have reached out in less than 15 minutes. He is positive and caring and completely authentic. I KNOW that he wants to help me with all I am dealing with. A truly beautiful soul wrapped up in an amazing therapist/counselor.

I didn’t have any expectations since this modality is new to me, but I can say that I am really grateful for the help Brian Couch has provided to me. Educational materials, listening to my concerns and providing feedback and guidance to what I am sharing at the moment is really awesome. Also, his commitment to provide help and be there for any of his clients is something to admire. I’d definitely recommend Brian Couch to anybody that is going through difficult situations.

Brian is the first therapist in which I know, each meeting, my I will have new tools, new insight or even conquer that objective. I am grateful to have a therapist that I do not ‘talk to’ but ‘talk with’ I trust his expertise and he communicates in a way that is conversational, relatable and caring. There is always room to grow, and feeling the movement/progress along the way is quite powerful. Thank you, Brian!

It's like he knew was in my head, knew my feelings, and experiences, before I could even describe them. Very reassuring and glad to know I wasn't alone in my journey. Highly recommend.

This is my first go about receiving therapy sessions online, and in general. I have made phenomenal progress in a short amount of time. There is much to still overcome and grow upon, but I am very thankful and pleased with the integrity and support through 'Better Help.com' and Brian (Therapist). I am a work in progress, but willing to take on such positive work. It's very much worth it. Thank you!

Brian is kind and patient. He is extremely supportive and takes more of a humanistic approach than solution oriented so if you’re looking for a kind ear to help you guide your own conclusions, he is your guy. Also, incredibly validating when it comes to narc abuse and all of the cycles that occur.
