I have over 4 years of professional counseling work experience helping clients with stress and anxiety, parenting issues, & depression. I approach counseling from a cognitive-behavioral perspective in that patterns of thoughts and actions are explored in order to better understand and address concerns. I believe in treating everyone with respect, and facilitating a safe atmosphere to explore concerns. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.

She is the best!
My therapist Ms. Deborah is very attentive during sessions and she offers Great insight and spiritual knowledge on what I'm going through, She extends exercises outside of the therapy appts that allow me time and techniques to process the discussion we previously had. I find that it is definitely helping and I love her.
Deborah is very understanding and gracious. She asks questions that hold me accountable, but without judgement. Deborah has shown me how to not beat myself up, yet suggest accountable and doable exercises to help me move forward. I appreciate her!
Deborah Alexander is a great therapist. She is a great listener and is really good at catching patterns and making connections that you wouldn’t be able to make on your own.
Listens. Provides a safe space. Non-judgmental. Provides practical tools.
Deborah is a wonderful therapist who balances being supportive with pushing my personal “challenge line”. My partner and I have seen active changes in the way I handle my anxiety in the weeks I have been seeing her. I highly recommend working with her!
I believe Mrs. Deborah is doing an excellent job. I was able to finally express the discomfort in my life and was able to release all that bothered me.
Deborah is wonderful! And exactly what I want/need in a therapist!
So good!
Never having therapy before I was reluctant to even start , but my therapist makes me feel very comfortable when we talk and she has given me different ways to think about things that are concerns for me . It has been a positive experience!!
Wonderful therapist. Very empathetic and truly makes me feel like she is invested in me as a person.
I love her! She listens when no one else does and I believe that she wants the best for me! And she just wants me to be happy!
Ms Deborah has been a great help to me and has been very kind and patient and so helpful in my healing process. I still have some work to do and I’m grateful to her that she has been there for me through it all!
I felt very comfortable opening up to her. She's great with active listening and gives me sound advice that challenges my own thinking patterns and behaviors.
Great listener, offers resources & other relevant sessions, would definitely recommend. It's been a very pleasant experience.
She understands how to listen attentively. She thinks before she speaks, with that I know she is really trying to diagnose my patterns
So far so good! I have had one session and have been completely satisfied.
She actual listens to me and sends resourceful messages for me to do some extra self work and I appreciate that
