I am licensed in Texas with 25 years of professional work experience. I am an experienced therapist who believes I am here to serve others. Patients are often surprised at the level of comfort they feel within the first minutes of a session. I’ve been described as empathetic, intuitive, and nonjudgmental. I create and hold a safe space for delicate feelings and the sharing of life difficulties. I work with people of all ages, combining my knowledge of human development with clinical education, assisting others in navigating typical life transitions and ongoing challenges. I am honored and humbled to guide people to a happier space.

I am a 200-hour trained yoga teacher, this allows me to offer movement and breath solutions to the physical pain that accompanies some mental health diagnoses.

I have experience with the following:

Anxiety, depression, stress, sleep problems, ADHD, binge eating disorder, orthopedist, infertility, post partum, chronic illness, chronic pain, learning disabilities, trauma, addiction, men’s issues, parenting issues, coping with life changes, and more. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process. Take care of you!

Online counseling, sometimes called teletherapy, refers to talk therapy delivered remotely through digital platforms, such as video calls, phone calls, or chat. It can be a great option for people who face barriers to traditional face-to-face therapy, such as those living in remote areas, individuals with mobility issues, or people with busy schedules that make it difficult to attend in-person sessions. Teletherapy also offers greater convenience and flexibility, allowing clients to access care from the comfort of their homes. Research shows that the treatment outcomes with online counseling are often just as effective as with traditional therapy, providing a viable alternative for individuals seeking mental health support.
