My name is Rose, and I am a licensed clinical social worker in the state of Massachusetts. I graduated from Boston College and have been working in the field for 5+ years. I currently am a Client Services Manager at Mystic Valley Elder Services. While I specialize in older adults, I have immense experience with mental health, substance abuse, and family conflict.
I bring a non-judgmental environment to allow for open, honest conversation. My mission is to assist you in finding your own unique ways of leading a productive and fulfilling life. I often use a strength-based approach to better help clients see their own potential. I will also use CBT to assist with changing how one may view a situation. My job as a counselor is to help you be more successful at targeting any problems that have come up for you at this point. Together, we will do this through a combination of video calls, text messages, goal setting, worksheets, and more. I look forward to taking this journey alongside you.

Online counseling allows you to receive care from a mental health practitioner via phone, video chat, or instant messaging. It is convenient for those who may have trouble getting to or would prefer not to have in-person therapy appointments. Starting at $65 per week, online counseling is generally more affordable than in-person counseling. A study by researchers at University of California, Berkeley found that online counseling can be just as effective as face-to-face therapy while being more convenient, affordable, and accessible.
